Terms of sale and delivery

Sale condition :

À petit feu delivers to Canada only. For QC and Ontario the service is done by Purolator. For the rest of the country, delivery is via Canada Post.

PUROLATOR (with signature required) is delivered in 24 to 48 hrs except for remote areas. (It takes 1 to 5 business days to prepare the package.) If you miss delivery, you have 5 days after Purolator's notice is given to pick it up or call them to arrange the ideal time. to make the delivery again free of charge . If the package is not collected in time, it is sent back to APF. If applicable, you will be responsible for the $10.95 return-to-sender charge, plus an additional charge for resending the order. If you do not wish to receive your order again, the latter will be partially refunded with the deduction of the costs of referrals and the shipping costs paid during the order for a total of $21.90.

If you use the code PICKUPBELOEIL, you agree to come and pick up your order at our workshop on rue Potvin. Pickups are by appointment. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready. So check your emails at the address provided.

Important tips to prevent fire or serious injury and to help reduce and avoid soot production:
◆Trim the wick to a maximum of 1/4" and ideally to 1/8" before each lighting, and keep the candle burning for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time.

◆ check that there is no debris in the wax.
◆For best results, leave your candle burning long enough for the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the jar on the first burn.

◆ Place the candle on a heat resistant surface and avoid drafts.

◆ Leave the candle burning in plain view and extinguish it before leaving the room. ◆ Keep away from objects that can catch fire. Keep away from children and animals.

◆ Do not extinguish the candle with water.

◆ Always allow wax to cool before relighting, handling or moving the candle.

Please. Be sure to read the safety sticker located on the bottom of the container before burning your candle as well as the small advice and maintenance card provided with your purchase. I want you to stay safe with my confections! ♥
